1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Asia Asset Management ETF Awards website (etfawards.asiaasset.com) and the submission process. By accessing the site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility & Submission Process
- Eligibility: The awards are open to ETF managers, issuers, index providers, custodians, market makers, exchanges, and institutional investors operating in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Submission Deadline: All submissions must be received by Monday, January 30, 2026 (6:00 pm Hong Kong time). Late entries will not be considered.
- Eligibility Period:
- Performance Awards: Data must be derived from the one-year period ending December 31, 2025.
- Innovation Awards: Products or initiatives must have been launched during the 2025 calendar year.
- Leadership Awards: Achievements should be from the past 12 months (ending December 31, 2025), unless the category specifies a longer track record (e.g. Leader of the Decade).
- Submission Requirements:
- Written Essays: For Leadership, Innovation, and Ecosystem categories, each submission must include an essay of no more than 700 words addressing the specific criteria.
- Performance Templates: For Asset Class & Strategy categories (e.g. Best Dividend ETF, Fixed Income ETF Manager), no essay is required. Applicants must upload the official AAM ETF Performance Template 2026 (Excel) containing monthly returns and total return data.
- Exception: The “Best Absolute Performing ETF” category requires a brief explanation of the strategy in addition to the data.
- Online Portal: All applications must be submitted online through our dedicated portal. We do not accept applications via email.
3. Fees & Payment
- Administrative Fee: An administrative fee of USD220 is applicable for each individual submission.
- Payment: Payment must accompany the submission.
- No Refunds: Once submissions are made and payment is confirmed, fees are non-refundable, even if an entry is withdrawn or disqualified. Submissions will not be processed without payment.
4. Intellectual Property & Use of Submissions
- Ownership of Materials: By submitting, you grant Asia Asset Management the right to use and publish your submitted information and data for the sole purpose of judging, promoting, and announcing the awards.
- No Obligation to Award: Asia Asset Management is under no obligation to issue an award to any firm or organisation following the completion of the submission and judging process.
5. Confidentiality
- All data and information provided in submissions will be used solely for the adjudication process of the awards. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all submitted information
6. Disclaimer
- The awards are a recognition of past performance and achievements. They are not a guarantee of future performance.
- Asia Asset Management and its directors are not liable for any loss or damages incurred in relation to the submission process or the awards.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
